All eels we prodive are from high quality eel farms in Japan.
Especially at the peak season of eels from September to December, we serve natural eels from Hamanako-Lake Shizuoka famous for its great eels.
The eels are delivered from farms alive and kept in our fresh water pond for few days to clean them. Then we prepare the fish, cut them, pick the bones and steam. The eels are made to order…char-grilled with special chacoal. We dip the eels into our Special "tare" sauce for few times while we grill them to make them taste richer.
The sause has been cooked and added since our restrant's opening. This our family treasure complete our special taste of eels.

We have bar-style counter and bigger rooms in the main building, and 5 private rooms in the sub-building.
